EVENTS – Reduce Shelter-in-Place Stress

Thursday, May 7 @ 7:00 – 8:00 pm

online via YouTube Live

Courtesy of the Schaumburg Township District Library

During normal times, work, household responsibilities, traffic, healthcare, budgets and other factors, can feel stressful. And now we’ve added another layer of working at home – or not working at all – home schooling the kids, and needing to wear masks and gloves just to go grocery shopping. It is stressful.

We feel that stress in our emotions, in distressing thoughts, and even in our bodies.

You CAN restore yourself to a calm and peaceful state.

Come learn how to quickly and easily release stress and restore harmony in body, mind and emotions – whenever you need it and wherever you are.

We’ll cover techniques used by:

  • Psychologists

  • First Responders

  • Hypnotherapists

  • Laughter Yoga teachers

You’ll be glad you did!

Held via:

Zoom and on YouTube Live
