Are you ready to feel and be more abundant?
We will begin with a guided visualization in which we identify blocks to abundance that have been lodged in our minds, bodies or energy fields. These might be old restrictive messages from our families or cultures, faulty beliefs of our own, or from any other source.
With the sensory assistance of aromatherapy, we will gently release these blocks and then bring in healthy, new flowing energy of abundance.
From our guided visualization, we'll flow into a gentle, soul-nourishing silent meditation.
Meditating in a group setting makes it easier and more fun.
